@tmeng87 hmz based from my understanding, performance will be smoother if there is more gears in gear box. lets say a 3-gears gearbox vs a 7-gears gearbox. the 3-gears gearbox will have 1st gear longer in use to drag up the rpm then to 2nd. alot of noise will be made. on the other hand, a gearbox with more gears will have the workload evenly distributed by the respective gears, for example, 4 gears for 0-100 km instead of 1 or 2 gears . tat is better fuel consumption. pls correct me if i wrong
i had my headphones on, but i meant why not lesser gear? wouldn't that be a lot smoother
