Nice ol 56 Chevy. I like them way better then a 55 or a 57. to me you get a little of both cars with a 56.Keep it like it is. Like the hub caps and the hole car. Take good care of her to.

Thanks you so much for what ya said!!! Don't worry though, I'm never gonna get rid of it! I love this car! The engine is stock but its a 283, I don't know where the original 265 went, if I had to guess it was either blown up or somebody took it out to put another car years ago... Thats my guess, oh the powerglide, its perfect! its like its brand new! =D I just can't say it enough, I love this car! But once again, thank you so much for what you said!!

oops, sorry about the engine, I've misread it :D was kind of stunned for a moment :)) you're welcome, I hope I'll have something like this somewhen in my lifetime:) to be honest a '56 model is my favourite tri-Chevy, especially for that front end - those bumper lines and a wide horizontal grill look amazing!

I was told a Chocolate brown, its got metal flake in it, could be a custom color. Dunno a brand? Sorry.

Nice Bel Air but you should take those fender skirts off. It will look much better without them.

To be honest with you, I've had them off and I like it better with them on it... However if it were a '55 or '57 I'd already have had them off. Thanks for the comment though.

wow she's beautiful clean inside and out. The fire station i run for has a 75 chevy scottsdale that is in showroom shape even still has the factory tires with only 5k miles on the clock. One things for sure if i had the cash it would be sitting in my drive way.

Thank you! No, I didn't restore her. she was like that when I got here even though I hav made some improvements. Also she's never been fully restored. Just minor body work, repainted and the inside redone.. Well Engine replaced too.. but you get my point..lol.
