It is only slightly better in UK. Al Jazeera Internatonal (based in Qatar) is excellent coverage. It does give both sides air time, but does NIOT downplay Palestinian death/injury/property destruction.

I saw on CNN a few months ago: A female reporter was in an Iraqi city . She asked 'do you feel safer here now with American and Iraqi forces in this city? ' She spoke to a female Iraqi who sold goods there in a market. The woman said 'No, I feel no safer ' through an interpreter. At the end of the report the CNN reporter said: 'So as you can see , these Iraqi citizens feel safer here in this market with US and Iraqi forces here' .
