why is the gas gauge so bad?

the european version of the 09 ninja 250 has a temp gauge instead of the fuel gauge but has a warning light that comes on when you have about one gallon of fuel left. also there is a warning light for the fuel injection system in case problem occure there. ;)

you pull the front first and then straight afterwards you do the back brake

Yeah I have noticed it is better to pull the front a few seconds before the back. thanks for pointing that out.

This doesn't sound right. I thought you're supposed to do them simultaneously because the back brake is most effective in the first second or two before the weight transfers to the front. If you're making a fast stop and wait for the rear, then I think you'd be more likely to lock it.
