@RoxxieBrigade the Starlights are women, not men. They were only disguised as men while on Earth to find their princess. In ep 194 their princess even asks Seiya if they use that appearence on Earth and Seiya confirms it by saying they were using that appearence aka their male appearences to find her. The Starlights are women and Naoko herself says senshi can only be women. The odds are they're gender netural.
