The first one is the real world and when the protagonist and her daughter had the car crash they inhaled gas that was released by the cole fire and so they died. When the protagonist woke up again she was in the second dimension. the third dimension is when the siren gets loud and the evil creatures come out. at the end the protagonist and her daughter were not able to leave the second dimension again.
