There voice sounds like this a little...there is a scene in Bioshock 2 when you play as the little sister when you r getting the parts of the big sister suit you here down the hall men and women being converted into Bigdadies and big sisters screaming and you hear drills and at one point you can hear the mutation being done and you can hear the woman sound like this its like for a split second though... creepy cool vid i like it =]

@chobitsgnarlslover what probably could have helped make the Big Sister more memorable is if instead of screeching you would hear faint singing as if a Big Sister would be like a siren of the sea and would be calling out to you as well as tapping into the Eleanor connection so you would hear something like "come rescue me daddy" or "this way" things like that and then they would strike out of the shadows. that would certainly make the Big Sisters a lot more scary

@chobitsgnarlslover I'm sure there is a LOT more of Rapture that we haven't even seen yet I mean rapture is huge probably bigger than New York City maybe even way bigger than that, 2K did say that the developers of the game were going to make more squeals of Bioshock so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the next one (Irrational games is pretty much the only developer I still respect), but yes I agree it would frighten a lot of people to hear songs and voices like that.

I think you mean the little sisters-- In Bioshock two, you play the role of the original Big Daddy model, and you have a choice of either adopting or harvesting them; as to in Bioshock one you had a choice of saving them or harvesting them.

Each choice will depend on what ending you get.
