Also they are organized by Atomic WEIGHT! That's where they get their number from. Otherwise you are saying that the Russian numbered them by number, which is circular logic.

Lightest being 1 Hydrogen-1. With just one Proton and no Neutron whilst remaining relatively stable.

Hydrogen-2 being stable with 1 neutron.
