Adobo scared me as a kid... the guy punches through brick walls just to get at you, first he's white, then he looks like Mr T with bulging white eyes, then theres 2 of them, then hes green like the incredible hulk... doesn't Kimbo Slice kinda look like him?

awesome review guys! DD was one of the first games that I remember having to wait in line at the arcade to play. i still remember the day that DD came out for the NES and I paid $35 for it. I have never played the gba version, it looks like arcade!

For me as Double Dragon fan,this is the best version,because it's a megamix of 1st episode with special moves from the 2nd (of NES version)

And even better than the 1st arcade episode (Which is very great and mythic!

Master System version was better than NES beacause you had all special moves in 1st mission (in NES you must stand 999 points to unlock spacial moves)

Master system version levels were more faithful to the arcade version than NES,and in Master S. you played 2 players simultaneously!

The sticks are called "Tonfa Sticks". Though how did you pull off the cyclone kick in ths one?

Actually, I think those sticks are Kali or Escrima sticks. Tonfa are the ones that look like the old police "nightstick". Either way, they're brutal.

Just so you know, the sticks used in certain Kung-fu arts are called "Kali sticks". But I guess they have other names as well.
