Faggots have beat to death in these units a few years ago just for fun. The alleged were punished but the command didnt reallycare about the queers they were just upset that it caused them a lot of paperwork and took away from training time and thats what we have to look forward too.

Actually, it negatively impacts people who have the moral spine to say homosexuality is wrong. It is against my religion, so I shouldn't have to room with an open homosexual. But will the Army or the people who forced a neutral policy to be abolished give a damn about that? I doubt it. Letting others know that you're gay brings nothing to the table but can take plenty away from it for those who find the lifestyle objectionable.

Most of our founding fathers weren't even Christian, so why should a belief held by a religion even play a prominent roll in shaping our armed forces?
