Also, I cannot hear any whining sound from the VFDs on the water pumps. Have you figured out the noise smoothing trick by any chance? (parameter 2609 on ABB drives; parameter NRD on Square-D drives)
I work for a company that provides temp cool (Chillers, towers, air handlers you name it we rent it basically) and I've seen my fair share of chiller plants but never any as clean and impressive as this one, kudos!
