  • thats yuck. do it in on fluid motion. ur bending ur back way to fast. thats why ur losing balance

  • Your falling off way to much. You need to stay balanced and if that means bringing your arm slot a little higher then do it. That's why every pitch kept falling inside to a right hand batter. Find your balance and you will have greater accuracy. This is from one sidearmer to another :D

  • good job, you can really see that you're getting late movement on the pitches, that's the same reason i'm trying side arm pitching

  • this kid will hurt his arm if he keeps throwing without using his legs, dang lol dont slow down your motion once that left legs starts coming down, be fluid.

  • It's not going to hurt your arm. I'm a sidearm/ submarine college pitcher and my arm has never hurt.

  • When I'm just playing with my friends, I'll sometimes switch from overarm, to side arm pitching, and it really screws them over. :D but I know it is not good for your arm...

  • im 12 and i pitch sidearm and its fucking nasty my coaches call me the bird cuz i got the curls and the arm

  • @figureleven thats going to wreck your arm

  • @TheJoemama669 no its not, just because its different doesnt mean its bad

  • That's more like submarine pitching than sidearm. Either way, it looked cool to me!

  • That's pretty nice!
