I agree with @pixieslover what's the point of keeping a beer that's 24 years old? At this point it's just to thumb your nose at people. Let's not bullshit ourselves let alone other people, beer is not wine. Enjoy those beers don't let them spoil!

The purpose built stage is a great idea... just incase there is a flood or sewer problem... I'd imagine the insurance company would have a hard time paying to replace about $10,000 worth of beer.
