The author of Training of the Zen Buddhist Monk is D.T. Suzuki, but the picture shown is of Shunryu Suzuki, who founded the Zen Center in San Francisco.

Suzuki (Daisetz T.Suzuki, the scholar), the portrait photo, appearing a moment later, however shows not D.T., but Shunryu Suzuki, Zen master and founder of San Francisco Zen Center, author of "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind"
