Let me explain something about steroids. They have both pros nad cons, but definately arent for losers. What steroids do , is increase your muscules size and making it bigger than it should be. Even if i workout every day , for about 10-20 years , after 5 or 6 years i wont be able to lift more cuz my body will already be perfect. Thats what steroids do , they give the mody more muscules than it can actualy hold.

I met him a few years back and he's rather short but a big friggin dude, but he was very down to Earth and a well spoken man, gave me some great motivation and was impressed with my size as I was 16 at the time and I'll never forget him telling me he wished he had my size at his age, such a great compliment and I always remember that before I lift. I believe his quote to me was, "The power is in your thoughts."
@WhiteWidowRider its actually just removing the pronation of the wrist to get better activation of the chest , it helps you push a little more and get less activation from other muscles it also prevents alot of wrist injuries.

@WhiteWidowRider its actually just removing the pronation of the wrist to get better activation of the chest , it helps you push a little more and get less activation from other muscles it also prevents alot of wrist injuries.

At least what this guy and the others put into their bodies makes them stronger and fitter. You all act like it's simply a matter of taking the roids and BAM, you wake up as the next Mr. Olympia. idk about yall but if i dont do incline first then i wont be able to go heavy or make it worth while so i do incline first the flat after flat might hurt a little but not as bad if i did flat first and incline.

that's interesting I hear wat ur saying I've had the same experience.The only reason I did it the other way round's cos I've always been taught u shold train the larger muscles 1st then move down to the smaller ones ie.the pec major(flat bench)is larger than the pec upper(incline)so u shld do it 1st but as a result i've neva been able to lift as much on the incline n I fear building boobs instead of pecs as in if the middle n lower pec is bigger than the upper pec if gives that man boob illusion

@youngsurvivor lol that is one of the dumbest things i have ever heard. bench pressing will NOT give u a hunched back AT ALL. UNLESS you arch your back like no tmr. a slight arch or a "powerlifting arch" is fine. dont wry about it and no dont give up your benching keep doing it! :D oh and btw, if that was true, then the 98% of ppl in the entire world who bench press and touch their chest wit the bar, would have a hunched back which never happened.

steroids are generally safe. its those who abuse them who are at risk. if its an athletic event where some use and some dont then yeah point your fingers all you want. but ALL professional bodybuilders use them so its not like one has the edge over the other. stop your crying you natural tree hugging pansies. these guys put a lot of hard work and diet into doing what they ged PAID to do. its a science and they have mastered it so give them some praise for gods sake.
