You can have all the worlds testosterone in your body, but without the right nutrition and train 'till failure workout these guys do, you will never get a body like Kai's.

    The only differnece is drugs? Kai was natural for a long time and he looked freaky big and shredded before he joined the ifbb.Way better than any other natural

  • Let me explain something about steroids. They have both pros nad cons, but definately arent for losers. What steroids do , is increase your muscules size and making it bigger than it should be. Even if i workout every day , for about 10-20 years , after 5 or 6 years i wont be able to lift more cuz my body will already be perfect. Thats what steroids do , they give the mody more muscules than it can actualy hold.

  • I met him a few years back and he's rather short but a big friggin dude, but he was very down to Earth and a well spoken man, gave me some great motivation and was impressed with my size as I was 16 at the time and I'll never forget him telling me he wished he had my size at his age, such a great compliment and I always remember that before I lift. I believe his quote to me was, "The power is in your thoughts."

  • idk about yall but if i dont do incline first then i wont be able to go heavy or make it worth while so i do incline first the flat after flat might hurt a little but not as bad if i did flat first and incline. 

  • that's interesting I hear wat ur saying I've had the same experience.The only reason I did it the other way round's cos I've always been taught u shold train the larger muscles 1st then move down to the smaller ones ie.the pec major(flat bench)is larger than the pec upper(incline)so u shld do it 1st but as a result i've neva been able to lift as much on the incline n I fear building boobs instead of pecs as in if the middle n lower pec is bigger than the upper pec if gives that man boob illusion

UNLESS you arch your back like no tmr. a slight arch or a "powerlifting arch" is fine. dont wry about it and no dont give up your benching keep doing it! :D oh and btw, if that was true, then the 98% of ppl in the entire world who bench press and touch their chest wit the bar, would have a hunched back which never happened.
