I have been with my male dog over 1000 times, and I can assure youou he is totally willing. No, he cant give written consent, but basically all i do is come home from work, and get out of the shower, and he does the rest. THere is no coercion. I dont even have to call him. He does everything. And I didnt "train" him either. It just happened.
First of all, comparing homosexuality to bestiality/paedophilia is inconsequential - there is not account of consent on the part of the minor or animal. Secondly, if you would ban legal marriage between two people in love, you take away human rights - as written in the constitution - Oh and the bible - by the way, there are sections in the bible where men are encouraged to rape woman - in particular father's to their daughters...not very christian, I feel...
homosexuals should not be allowed to marry. Aside from it being physically impossible for them to have sex, there is the issue of children. If they can adopt, whats to stop them from teaching the kids to be homosexual. Also, if they have low enough morals to try and have sex with another man, whats to stop them from molesting the boy children?

Yes homosexuals can't naturally have children together. But does that mean that everyone who can't have children shouldn't be married? And you cannot just teach someone to be homosexual, you're just born that way. Thats like saying a straight couple will raise their child to be straight. See how silly that sounds?
And I've heard of plenty of straight parents doing terrible things to their children. That will happen no matter who the spouse is married to.

Its a slippery slope, when you start legitimizing sexual perversions in culture, where will it end? there are women who have sex with dogs, and the male dogs are totally willing, so dont tell me they can't give consent. So what will be next, animal human marriages? Will animal-human sex be the next thing they want legalized?! and what about the whole NAMBLA/LGBT thing? and after that pedophilia rights?! NO! stop it now!

I am gay, and this is EXACTLY how I feel about the same-sex marriage issue.
I'm also an agnostic, so I don't think I should be denied the right to marry a man just because a religion that I don't subscribe to says it's wrong.
Seems very fair to me. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one with this idea.
