Crazy650 240sx Install rear SubFrame plus rear coilovers sub frame part 2

It appears as though the "sleeves" that are in the front part of the subframe are welded in. I have removed everything but the main sleeve that is "lipped" at the top won't budge, any ideas on getting it out?

@Chopchop479 you need to cut the top of the medal ring that is in the frount of the sub frame. in order to do that you well have to take a grander and cut a line in to the middle do it on the two different sides well make it easyer to take out with a impact hammer. It is a most have in order to do this.

A 625psi air gun? What's it run off a nitrogen tank? I think you mean 125psi.
