  • any vfr owners out there that want the power of this bike but do not want to sacrifice the style / handling / and appeal of the previous models? check out my channel for the solution.

  • I don't mind it so much though the vocal rumble of the V-4 the Bike it replaced is gone .. the sound alone is what set the VFR apart from the rest 1200 cc's ? sounds more like it has 12.

  • By god is that ugly.

  • i dont get this bike" 3k more, heavier, less powerful, then a Hayabusa!?!??!

  • @MaxPayne19146 You sure don't get it. The VFR's have always been sport-touring bikes, not hyper-sport bikes like the Busa and ZX14.

You could ride a VFR across the country, good luck doing so on a Busa.

  • @UltraSWG

A lot of people tour with busas. Hell, I could sleep on one going down the highway they're so comfortable. Maybe that's partly due to being an R1 owner. Bottom line, you can tour on it.

  • @Kalustian7 If you look at my vids, you'll see I own a Busa. As a Busa owner, there's no damn way in hell I'd tour on it. I know some people do, like Pashnit, but frankly, a Viffer is a FAR superior touring bike in every way.

  • @UltraSWG I could definitely tour on a busa, but I guess i'm more hard nosed then some riders. My R1 isn't nearly as comfortable, so maybe i'm just comparing the two of them too much.

  • @Kalustian7 Perhaps. But if you can tour on a Busa, then you would consider a Viffer a Lazy Boy on wheels.

  • @UltraSWG I guess we'll never know until one of us tries. I'm positive a busa is a fine touring bike. Faster you get there, the less time you have to ride...

  • Again, I own a Busa, it sucks as a tourer. The fact that you would have to do a chain adjustment several times during a tour, and go through half a tire's life in a simple cross-country is evidence enough. Not to mention the maintenance schedule on a Busa is expensive, so adding that many miles is money. The bad ergo's for a 3K+ mile trip is just the cherry topper. With the availability of cheap sport-touring bikes, touring on a Busa is just a waste of a fine Hyper Sport.

  • @UltraSWG In the end, does that add up to buying a whole different bike for just touring? Insurance and everything? Probably not. I guess we can agree that it could be toured on, however, there are bikes specifically made for touring.

  • @Kalustian7 That's kind of missing haf the point of bike touring isn't it?

  • Now I wanna ride!!!

My goldwing is in the shed until spring :(

  • I like the red. I like the fly by wire throttle. I like the v4 because of the lowend torque. I like the switchable autotrans. I think blinkers, taillight should be LEDs and maybe even the headlight (do they make LED headlights?) ....i'm thinking off the shelf "high-tech". That's what this machine is...right? I like the single swingarm because of the easy wheel removal. If it's shaft drive then I like that too. What is the diff in price between this and the st1200?

  • it looks too flashy in red for me. I wonder how it would look in a darker color.

  • absoulotly the most trippy bike on sale today , and the most futurestic ,

i cant explane the , ppl who drow the bike on a board or skecht it , know what he iz doing ,,,, purly art +form+function

  • da front is more lyk a gold wing, doesn look lyk a sports bike

  • I absolutely love the Honda F-Fours. Sadly, while that wonderful exhaust note is still present (even with the noise restrictive factory pipes), the geniuses at American Honda have chosen to COVER the engine. What is the point of buying a unique bike if that which makes it unique is not apparent? this is why Hondas have become over-priced and under-represented on American streets.

  • I wanted to like this bike but jesus! who designed it? Has Chris Bangle moved to Honda !!

  • nice honda

  • I smell BMW here.

  • Nice, But the exhaust WTF !

  • not the best looking bike for sure

  • great touring bike and good lighter alternative for the gold wings.

  • Exhaust apart, new VFR looks cool enough.

Can't wait to see it live, to see some better colors (what about first image's dark blue?!), to have a choice to ride it.

  • bmw copy

  • Does anybody know what remix of Bittersweet Symphony this is?

I like the bike, but the front seems a little bit too bulky. Might be better irl though.

  • David May - Superstar

  • Thanks! I see iTunes gave the suggestion now too.

  • It screams: "I am a Beamer" but it's not.

They should make a new vfr800 too

  • the most beautyfull bike i ever see..!

  • Beautiful design, way to go Honda! Finally something new!

  • Ugly!

  • je deteste !

enfin maintenant plus rien ne m'étonne avec honda
