  • ok gud vid, i'm a male iv'e just turned 15 im 5 foot 6 and a half and 10 stone 2. and i want to loose about a stone and basically have a nice toned body, i arnt exactly fat but i have a bit of fat on my stomach. I have muscle underneath my stomach just nedd to loose that layer of fat. when i breathe in my belly looks quite slim but i want that look just normally. so is ther any advice any1 could give for the best way 2 get wot i want. also i do situps quite regular. thnx. plz reply
