I offer a rebuttal: at some point in the future post 1987, Dr Manhattan returned to Earth and heard the song, so, by nature of his (limited) omniscience, he was aware of it in 1985 and, with the aid of his powers, was able to recreate the video in time to use it as a theme in the final battle with Ozzy. Unlikely, but not impossible, ne?
