that doesn't make any sense, she set the place to self destruct so how could have she not have enough time to get out and bond could. plus why would she try to jump out of the window with bond, didn't she have a plan.

I remember playing this. The ending of this game was so anti-climactic and crappy. That's actually why I looked this up: to see if there was a better e alternate ending I failed to unlock, hahahah.

@DanW900 Nah, she dies, you can see her trying to leave the explosion at the end, but doesn't manage to. Here's a question though, wtf is that tunnel at 5:50?

@BreakthroughE That's the tunnel from the mission "Cold Reception" when you start playing Cold Reception You see that thing blocking the tunnel and when you get to the mission "Evil Summit", Bloch gets rid of the thing that blocked the tunnel. That's what the tunnel is.

I used to love this game as a kid. It's definitely a cool feeling to watch it all over again, now that I'm older. On the other side of that coin, though, now I can recognize how horrible the plot and writing was. Kind of strange that Malprave would set up a self-destruct sequence on her own base without thinking of building (or at least trying to reach) some sort of an emergency escape route. Even if James died in the blast, she would have too. It's fun to look back on, like campy cult film.

The credits are viewable via the options menu. I wonder why you had to watch the credits from there instead of just seeing them after finishing the game.
