I think the reason why the big baloon jumps like that is because as the water baloon hangs from the tie the big baloon is holding the weight of the water baloon. now when the water baloon pops it is no longer holding the weight and the water has not settled at the bottom of the big ballon there for it will just up the way it did

The big balloon jumped because the water balloon tied to the clear one pulled down the top. When the weight was lifted from the water balloon popping the clear once bounced up.

@K0lsyr4 Yes, but i guess the 60 W lamp is an incandescent light bulb (as no fluoreshent lamp or LED lamp usually have 60 W). Those have low efficiency and only about 10% is converted to visible light - so it's only like a 6 W (6000 mW) laser.

The power of lasers is usually the output power in the beam (the input power is higher as no laser or other light source is 100% efficient). A light bulb emitts a lot of infra red light - so if that's used, the burning power will be higher than 6 W tho.

the upward motion was caused by the stored kinetic energy of the tied end suspending the weight of the interior ballon for those of you who don't know why. It has nothing to do with the liquid hitting shit. if it had been weighted down at the bottom the effect would have been reduced. Simple physics people, unfortunately physics isn't a very strong subject for most Americans, e.g., 9/11.

it bounced up becuase of the stretchy material in the top of where the dark baloon hanged doen inside of the clear 1 and as it poppeed the material hit the top of the clear baloon causeing the reaction force of the popping to flow to the tom causeing the baloon to have a force upward against gravity that was higher than gravity itself LIKE THIS SO PEOPLE CAN C IT

Well apparently the big balloon jumped because the water weight that was attached to it through the orange balloon was lost (while water was in mid air), thus less pressure was on the base of the balloon allowing it to take original shape, then the falling water hit the base putting back the weight on it..
