Oh, very good idea! I even found a couple of people I think I might have to subscribe to, in the video responses... hey i was making some vids and i decided id just carry on recording until i finished the chapter which went over 11 minutes but when i checked the video file later it wouldn't let me do anything because it said it couldn't read it but the only difference i cud see between one of those vids and the ones i made before is that it was over 2GB (i recorded a few vids abit over 11mins) so im wondering is there any hope to fix the vids or do i have to rerecord... D:
I have a question. what's a good way to split a video that's like an hour long into 10 to 11 minute videos? I used a program called asfbin to split wmv format vids when I was LPing FFX. this method resulted in like a slow motion effect when the video played back on youtube (but not otherwise). it was weird and killed my LP.
What I do is record gameplay for 2 hours (one hour per LP, I have two) and edit them into 10 minute episodes using iMovie. Or, you could use WMM if you have a PC.
It's always good to know that there are people out there with experience who are willing to help out those new to the business, so to speak. I figured I'd post a couple things; it can't hurt to put myself out there more, right? :)

You should try Jing, I've heard some positive reviews on it, though I haven't tried it myself. Obviously the screen recorders you have to pay for are going to be better suited for LPing of course, such as Camtasia. Link's on the right.
ALG the only thing I think needs to be changed is the Dazzle DVD thingy. I bought the fifty dollar one and it was garbage (ask sages to confirm) i had to return it and get the good one (90 bucks) because it would allow you to save it to your computer. the other one you HAD to record it to a dvd
You are correct, I also had problems with Dazzle for Mac (it's the same as the regular DVD) I did hear that the Dazzle DVD worked better on XP than Vista, or 32 bit better than 64 bit.. but, people will have to find out themselves. Trial and Error. Camstudio and Free Screen Recorder are sort of crappy too, but hey, it's free :D
oh yeah and theres some driver thingy i had to download (for the the kinds of dazzles i had) to make them run on vista (which is what i unfortunately have) anyway i added ya on skype, hit me up sometime dude

I wonder if people think about that like Chugga that lives in AZ and SirRonLionHeart in LA. I mean they're all great LP'ers and people just dont think to find where they live.
I guess I'll add a video response. Serious feedback (or just amusing comments!) is more important to me than subs. I'd like to improve beyond where I am now. :)
No problem. I've actually been watching NCS since I started going to college. It started out I had an account to just watch vids and comment, then I wanted to watch some game videos. I found NCS's Megaman runthroughs and well, I was hooked.
It was super fun doing the co-commentary vids together too! Cant wait to do more, or record us singing Karaoke!
Sweet video, thanks for posting a video like this because as a new LP-er it's hard to get your videos out there, and even with super tag's it's still hard to get people to your videos.
