The ring and hangar tricks are done with something like fishing wire. Watch his left hand during the hangar trick.
Where he "picks up" the laser, that's achieved with little lights that turn on and off when you push them. Like a thimble with a light basically. When he holds the laser in his hand, he's actually holding smaller laser in both hands to achieve that effect.
The misdirection starts with the first laser, because it's big and bulky. But actually, lasers don't need to be that big.
i'm gessing he had a mirror reflector/laser in his hand, he probably has foot switches that turn off some lasers and turn on others (like right before he grabs it out of thin air and does the darth maul thing)
