@songteller I'm fairly certain Douglas Adams wrote '42' not for some particularly relevant reason but more because an individuals reason for living is entirely his own. 42 being a satire on this. Though to be fair there probably was a personal reason for Douglas Adams himself, say 42 years he'd been with his wife (this isn't true I'm just saying something along those lines).
