@greebspider355 Getting your foot above your head on an axe kick is nothing of an accomplishment.Point is, on the first kick, the boards probably would have broken, if EITHER the kick had gone higher OR the boards had been lower a bit.Not too difficult to get your leg straight up into the air.If it is a problem, the guy got his black belt too early.Not saying that just because of his flexibility, it's also this: a black belt should be experienced and knowledgeable enough to break them on 1st try
I must say this is more of a stamina break. But good break none the less, if the board holder would have held on to the first attempt that sucker would have been done first try you can see he got his leg up nice and high, perfect bend with awesome whipforce. So the holder should learn to brace his arms against his body or ask for an extra. Or maybe he just needs to do more pushups.
