The paticular name of the small song played by the boy and 13 is called "Session" in the AC4 OST downloadable in places, the interlude to most of the cutscenes is an excerpt of " La catredal" as mentioned.

I wouldve enjoyed an evening at the bar with Yellow 13 after a sortie possibly help the narrator.

No, you cannot. There is a VS mode though. But don't bother, it's quite uneventful.

I don't think so. The in-game controls only support PS2 controllers and use preset control configurations..
