my momma told me as a child that timbuktu was a remnant of the kemetic nubian culture that was trying to get away from the religious madness of the arabs and the europeans....timbuktu is more than islam and had the university b4 it was invaded...black folk need to put down the goddamn bibles and korans and get back to their true nature....
@Amunet369 Being Muslim or christian doesn't keep one from their true nature. What the problem is, when many of us take these religions we start to ALSO adopt the cultures of the people who brought these religions. We shouldn't do that. We can take the religion BUT we should keep our culture and heritage and realize no one has a better culture than we Africans. We are oldest people on the earth! All spring from us.
