I live in a Muslim country and I have to say that majority of people that are here don't pray when the call to prayer comes on. If we're in a mall or something they have prayer rooms but there are few people that actually use them. It's occurring more during the one in the afternoon than at night but still. I don't feel that the UAE is very strong in their Islam practices for many reasons including that one.

and you can do two prayers in one's time if you won't be able to do it later,on it's own time.
again, zakat is done secretly or else, it wouldn't count.
you may choose to feed the poor instead of fasting if you're not able to fast.

I live in a Muslim country and I have to say that majority of people that are here don't pray when the call to prayer comes on. If we're in a mall or something they have prayer rooms but there are few people that actually use them. It's occurring more during the one in the afternoon than at night but still. I don't feel that the UAE is very strong in their Islam practices for many reasons including that one.
