If you notice, all these "Reptilian News" videos are coming from YouTube user ArchangelSandalphon. It doesn't take much to apply a video effect to footage that you download and piece together. Not to mention that the all the "transformations" look exactly the same. Until I see something like this in real life, I'm not buying it.

Didn't you ask yourself the question as for knowing if it acted of a defect of the video? That could appear on the face for a reason of which I am unaware of, perhaps the clearness of the color. Now, tell me if you extracted the vidéos from other sites and observed the same result.
