  • pentex sucks

  • NEVER MESS WITH A WEREWOLF YOU ZOMBIE FREAKS!!!!!

    Btw cool vid -:P

  • FUCK YOU TWILIGHT!!

  • that was awesome, imagine what she went through while he was shoving all those worms down her entire body

  • Can zombie pee their pants? Cause I'm sure that one did.

  • Man I Wish They Do More Game Like This

  • damn, imagne this guys dad when he's pissed

  • where can i download the game, pls someone tell me

  • @FanofHorsegames The company that was developing the game (DreamForge Entertainment) was shut down before the game was ever completed, so there's no way you'll ever be able to download the full game. However, there are alot of cut-scenes for this game on youtube, and if you google search "dreamforge werewolf" you can find info about the game as well as screenshots.

  • @FanofHorsegames Also, if you read the info section of the video (underneath the "like" button u'll notice that werehyenataur mentions something abt an "alpha copy" of the game-That is essentially an uncompleted version of the game. So, if you really want to, you can attempt to scour the net for such a version of the game, but I think you might have your work cut out for you there. If so, best of luck! I hope this was helpful :3

  • dang boy did he pick the wrong guy to f with

  • good news, a fan is remaking the game

  • no one is selling it on ebay. i really want to play it because its the first werewolf game i have ever seen

  • What possible reason could someone find not to take this to PS3 or Xbox 360?

  • where can i download this game ?

  • @39hige1 "The Heart of Gaia" was to be published by ASC Games, but after a series of delays on the title ASC closed down on January 7, 2000. DreamForge, seemingly unable to find another publisher and struggling for funding, also closed down without ever completing the game.

Truly a loss for the gaming community. This game, for its time, had fantastic graphics and a great story behind it.

  • *crash* Ah its nothing to worry about, I'm reading my comic book. *crash again* Okay maybe I should call for Mom.

Dude that kid lives in a dump.

  • hmmm...mhmmm...

    FUCK YOU WHITE WWOOOOOOLLLLFFF!!!!!!!

  • dis is so badass why arent dere any werewolf games?

  • @juanjaquezable There is a saying. The most convincing lie is one that is half true. Which is the case for some of the VTM. No one has gone fully into why werewolves are the racial enemy of vampires. There are other races. It goes into ancient mythology, the atlanteans, the egyptians, and genetic and eugenic experiments or mutations that led to different species of animals and even humanoids on this planet. Is there an actual cultis against going into this theme/genre? Highly likely.

  • @ordosincorporated there very detailed about exactly why this is vampires are living embodiments of "the wyrm"

as protectors of gaia the werewolves must stop out the wyrm where ever the meet it

  • I wish DreamForge could have been more successful and stuck around, they made some really genuine games.

  • @Tobadyadie

    i totally agree with that

  • I play the LARP for the Game and it is absoultely EPIC!!!!! I wish they had come out with the video game though....

  • well look every body we can always make it by ourselves

  • Comment removed

  • wanna play this... sad it was cancelled.

  • i would enjoy more werewolf games over vampires lol but demons over all

  • I want to play this, I want to play this, I want to play this, iwantoplaythis

    I WANT TO PLAY THIS!!!

    Why... WHY was it CANCELED!?!

  • What platform is this game for??...

  • AWESOME, they need to find the game and bring it out. Should not have ever been squashed!!

  • White Howler? You gotta be kiddin' me

  • Wow... he's an Ahroun. Awesome! :D

  • lol the Fomori was thinking of jumping out the window!!

  • While the depiction of the Fomori in this video is quite true to the original tabletop game (especially to the supplement called Freak Legions), the graphics could have been better. Since those cutscenes used FMV (if I understood correctly) instead of game engine, it might have been possible to use graphical style similar to the art of Ron Spencer (one of the illustrators for the tabletop game).

However, I really appreciate Stoltz's decision to release this material and its historical value. :)

  • Or any of the games in the Werewolf series. I know that there is at least two others (the first one and The Foresaken) but I can't find anyof them. Where do I find them?

  • does this game still exist and where can i get it?

  • I'ts not a "zombie" it's called "Fomori"!^^

  • is this game for pc or a console? if console, which one?

  • Lol, I like the Sanitarium poster in his room ;)

Kid has good taste, that game rocks. Ha.

  • Thank you so much for posting this! I had no idea this even existed. It played WhiteWolf:Werewolf Apocalypse (WA) when everyone else was into WW:Vampire the Masquerade.

Looks like an amazing story. The Pentex thing got me nostalging hard.

What a great story line. It kind of reminds me of the comic in the WA book.

  • Apparently this game is being made by a fan, from scratch, using the unreal engine 3 with stuff from the original.

So we might actually get this game one day...

  • LOL at the look at 3:00

  • well i dont like of zombie games or monster games. But i like of games were you play as a werewolf and this werewolf looks great, i wish with they had finished this game. I heard about a demo version, is that true?

  • Comment removed

  • Does anyone knows other werewolf games, im searching for more of them since last year when i started to play in WolfTeam, i thought there maybe other intresting werewolves games, with a intresting story.

Can anyone send me a list of werewolfs games?

  • This game would be freaking cool... ):

The graphics are really cool! It's classic... They should have finished... I love werewolves games... D':

  • They should remake this game, for this has a pretty good story to it! There really has to be more werewolf games, too many vampires ones.

  • what was that thing in the moms house at

    1:53 ?

  • @redace928 A Christian.

    Scary, aren't they?

  • @werehyenataur .....I guess T_T

  • @werehyenataur LARF. That's Win.

  • @werehyenataur

lol, you should get an award for that comment

    "Christian. Scary aren't they?"

    XDD

    Almost pissed myself

  • @werehyenataur oh my god. sooooooooooofunnny

  • @werehyenataur Be vewy vewy quiet around them.

  • @werehyenataur A fomori

  • @werehyenataur racist bastard

  • @MijjiMcz Cry more.

  • @werehyenataur nah, door to door religons are scarier

  • @redace928 it's actually a Fomori, which is basically a human that's possessed by a Bane spirit. Look up Werewolf - The Apocalypse to find out more

  • @redace928

Formori. Minor Agents of the Wyrm. I don't remember them having actual worms spewing out their mouths. I'll have to look that up.

  • @Demolitiondude While you may have already looked this up by the time I am writing this, the ability to spew worms out of mouth is one of the possible powers for Fomori in the tabletop game. Actually the comic in the beginning of Freak Legion (the supplement discussing Fomori in detail - including the creation of Fomori as playable characters) tells the story of salesman (who according to narration has "eaten enough shit to feed an army") who becomes a fomor and gets exactly this power.

  • @DamoclesAlpha

I see. That comic you mentioned. Is it an actual series or somethin' from WtA 2nd ed? I remembered seein' a comic in core Werewolf the Wild West.

  • @Demolitiondude It was a standalone short story. While the books in the 2nd edition sometimes had short comic stories in them (including the majority of the 2nd ed. tribebooks), there wasn't any kind of long, regular series. However, at least the comic in the beginning of the 2nd ed. core book for WtA had some relevance to the official metaplot of the game.

Also, the comic in WtWW was used to illustrate the section showing the gameplay and use of rules in practise.

    (to be continued)

  • @Demolitiondude (continued from previous post)

2nd ed. corebook for WtA had similar section in addition to the abovementioned short story. These comics in WtA and WtWW weren't actually "stories". Rather, they were illustrated versions of the "example scenes" discussed in those sections.

  • @DamoclesAlpha

    I saw that with WtWW.

  • @redace928 It's called a fomor. A human being corrupted by evil. The things dripping from it's mouth were wyrms, parasitic things that either feed on normal people, or the fomor. The only other option is to expel them via vomiting. Nasty, but preferable to being eaten from the inside out.

  • @redace928

    a wyrm

  • @redace928 That's called a "fomor". It's a human corrupted by the wyrm.

  • @redace928

    Definitly Fomori

  • @redace928

    A Fomori

  • @redace928 a more accurate description would be Fomori. Humans being possesed by bane spirits. The onle with the tentacles would probably be a Ferectoi, which is the product of a very special bane spirit called a breeder. A breeder steals human egg and sperm cells and gives birth to one of those creepy ass things

  • This is probably the coolest werewolf transformation and subsequent mauling I've ever seen in a piece of fiction.

Insert complaint about lack of werewolf games here.

  • Considering The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Demon's Souls, Grand Theft Auto, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age, I agree that White Wolf should release another game based on their Werewolf RPG.

I still enjoy Apocalypse, but I can see a Forsaken version doing just as well, so long as the right minds, say Bioware or Bethesda, co-write the story.

So, here's hoping White Wolf digs this game back up.

  • A WTA game MUST happen.

  • At around 0:25. The inside of the comic book looks like the front and back covers.

  • This game look awesome, the graphics are great, too bad it was never released... D:

  • ...bloody...

  • As much as I hated the concept of this game ("last of the White Howlers"... yawn), this is a fantastic opening sequence. Just fantastic!

Too bad this game was never completed.

  • his house seems to be kinda abandoned & creepy, plus how did the zombie climb up his house

  • the endingwas kinda funny when the music was almost silent and he just jogged away XD

  • so much potential :(

  • Indeed. Would be nice to see a were wolf game on a home counsel done correctly.

  • i cant figure outs who scaryer. the guy or the zombie

  • Goddammit, why did ASC have to bow out of game publishing and the developer go under? I was looking forward to this, too. D:

  • Hilarious how he walks in human form XD

  • how is the game? is it good?

  • damn this game looks messy

  • what do you mean?

  • bloody, but I guess it wouldn't bee a werewolf game if it wasn't.

  • @TalesofGirl4ever

That's how Werewolf the Apocalypse and Werewolf the Forsaken operates. It's not subtle like Vampire, Werewolves will rip your head off. Especially during First Change like what was shown here.

  • ='l why?!! why this game don't go all the way?, its a shame most people would be happy to have this

  • Why dd they cancel this?

  • The attackers seems like Tzimisce

  • Which and to Tribe of Ryan ??

    Glass Walkers ??

  • White Howler

  • White Howler not and a tribe extinguished ??

  • Apparently the plot was that Ryan was the last of the White Howlers (who, if you're up on Werewolf, were corrupted and became the Black Spiral Dancers during the Dark Ages)

  • @AlecStanley

but what about those 4 White Howlers in the ending cut scene????

  • but white howlers don't exist anymore...only black spiral Dancers.

  • the plot was that Ryan was the last of the White Howlers

  • which is kinda impossible for that to happen cause theres no tribe totem anymore. the lion fell and became gryphons bitch

  • *sigh* You know, it's not fair to have had two vampire games, and three Hunter games in the White Wolf library of video games, and not ONE werewolf game.

I mean, it's plot could have of great use for a hack & slash game, and plus, the time of judgment ideas could have made some great downloadable content, or expansions to the game.

Oh well, maybe we might have a chance to see a Werewolf: the Forsaken game...here's to hoping.

Plus, that transformation scene was awesome.

  • @rebirthangel

There is talk about a World of Darkness MMO, based of the new WOD line of course

but so far only some very vague screen-tests were revealed

  • @DrMlieko They're saying now that WoD Online will be based on the old Vampire instead of the new Vampire/Werewolf/Mage mix. But it's all second hand information, I haven't located an official announcement from either White Wolf or CCP.

  • @necrobestialerotic

interesting, I admit I like the old versions of Vampire/Werewolf/Mage, however I do prefer the new version of Hunter, not to mention my love for Promethean

  • @rebirthange By all that is holy and sacred to the Green Man please no Forsaken, to have canceled a W:tA game then give us nWoD would murder my soul.

  • @AzrealShadow Well, Forsaken isn't bad...true, it doesn't have the magic, and culture of the original game, but Forsaken probably has some things going for it. Not only that, but the core rulebook's core artwork was done by Ron Spencer, which kicks ass. :D

If they could bring back WtA, then kewl. If they can't, but if there's still interest in a Werewolf videogame, then I would mind Forsaken.

  • @rebirthangel There is supposed to be a World of Darkness MMO being worked on. We will see..

  • Indeed, in 1998 after V:tM R for example which had Lupines in it that don't look like somebody in a bad Banana Splits costume.

Having comedy graphics misses the dark moods & savage themes of Werewolf.

And no, this is not really how all players start out, but then. i never commented about that. However there are quite a few games that contain a transformation (werewolf or otherwise makes no difference), some going all the way back to the 80's and they are pretty much all better than this one.

  • Eh, I liked it.

The concept of the game was still better than VtM.

You can't really make a decent movie on the Unreal engine. And at the time, Top of the line was a p3 800 with 256 ram for users, though this prolly catered to Win 95/98 with 64 ram and 300mhz. They were catering to that.

  • terrible graphics, pretty much missing the theme and mood alltogetehr.

  • This Game was made in 1998, the graphics are well done for that era if you compare it to Resident Evil and Parasite Eve.

I don't know what mood or theme is missed, this is pretty much how every player starts out in the game. If not ironic, it's at least entertaining to watch.

Figure that, no other game has a werewolf transformation.
