That's not the gun from the "Hit me" scene. Heath Ledger used a Meyers Bullpup when he was playing chicken with the Batcycle. The gun you' re holding there looks like an MP-38. I don' t remember Heath Ledger using that gun in the movie (unless it was a deleted scene).
