  • you're calculation is wrong..

    22'c x 1.8 = 39.6 add 32 = 71.6 round it to 72'f and that's the right calculation..

  • another easy one is C* 1,8+32

  • I like the

    Multiply by 2

    subtract 10% from answer

add 32 and you get you're answer.. If you use that on the 0C you will end up with 32. And it's accurate to decimal point.

  • 1. 0+0=0

    2. 0+30=30

    3. 0 celsious is 30 fahrenheit??? I knew that is 32...

  • Your completely wrong! 32C is actually 0F. I just need a simple equation really for my math homework.

  • @54762109758 No, YOU'RE completely wrong! 32F is actually 0C. Google it if you really need the equation.

  • @Rbombsaway2 yeah your right, sorry for the mix up

  • ~ sorry for all these removed entries + entries + entries--Not meaning to spam! GREAT easy way to figure it!

...now where did that "m" after (step 2) come from?.... don't worry, I won't fix that, done enough already!;)

  • Repost since it took out my line breaks...

    18°C

    18 x 2 = 36

    36 - 3.6 = 32.4

    32.4 + 32 = 64.4

    18°C = 64.4°F

  • A better way to convert from Celcius to Farenheit is to: #1 Double it #2 subtract one tenth of that. #3 add 32 For example: 18°C 18x2=36 36-3.6=32.4 32.4+32=64.4 18°C = 64.4°F (not an estimate, it's accurate)
  • Or just check my vids on how to make your very own C++ Temperature Program.

  • I like your method for getting an estimate and it makes sense since a degree F is 5/9ths of a degree Celsius or almost 1/2 (5/10). And then adding the doubled F temp to 30 to "zero" it out since F freezing temperature is 32. and it works well the other way too it seems. For example it is 22 degrees F here today and I looked up that is about -5.56 Celsius. Using your method backwards I get about the same thing....

    1. 20 - 30 = -10

    2. -10/2 = -5

    3. 20 F = -5 C

    Thanks!

  • so 0 degrees C = 30 degrees F

My skool mus bee rong then.

  • hi, how about -25 ???

  • yeppp all is wrong dumn uss

  • yeppp all is grom dumn uss

  • so i get it.. thats nice.. there are formulas that are so complicated unlike to this one.. ok .. bw...sa thnkx..

  • ALL WRONG

  • ooooooooooh so u add the number to itself then take that answer at the end and add 30! omg is this real?

  • where did 30 come from?

  • All I know is -40C = -40F and that Farenheit system as well as non-metric system of mesurement is WAY TOO DUMB and out-of-date.

  • This is not vedic maths, just some 5yr old kid stuff.

  • Dumb! And not accurate.

    Easy solution: F= 2C - 0.2C + 32

    Example: 22C?

    = (44 - 4.4) + 32

    = 39.6 + 32

= 71.6 (instead of the dumbass 74 given in the video)

  • @Baytoo

    I think it says:

"THIS IS A ROUGH ESTIMATION ONLY"

    in the description box.

74 is rather close to the actual result.

The way you do it is of course the accurate way, but most people would just round the 4.4 and get 72.

  • @Baytoo If it was zero degrees outside; and tomorrow was gonna be twice that cold. How cold would it be?

  • @Baytoo Lets also pretend that I'm asking you this 50 years before Baron Kelvin was born.

  • i like it, but what is special about the #30? i will look to see if you have anything for farenheit to celcius, thanks for this easy method
