T1, T2, T4 are my fav T3 seemed to want to run and capture the feel of T2 too much by trying to make the new actor playing john try to copy edwards john in T2 only a little older. The terminators and special effects were good even claire danes character was good just needed a stronger story and plot thats were T4 succeed now if T5 can throw in more battle sequences like the ones we see in the intro to T1 and T2 those battles of the terminators and the resistance clashing + good plot = winning!

i think all the terminators are good tbh but i think the 1st in 2nd was the best they ever made especialy t2. I don't know if there is a movie, within this movie's genre, that can surpass the awesomeness that was T2. As for T3, that was just complete crap to be honest. Terminator 4 is an awesome movie. Storywise, good actors, nice feeling, nice effects. T4 feels really terminatorish. Especially the story man, they well combined T1,T2,T3 and made it look like one single timeline which has lead to the future you can see in the movie. Man we get to see John Connor meeting his younger father kyle reese... The moment they were talking about in T2 :o!

The last 2 terminator movies were a joke, completely disconnected from the franchise. I hope we get someone for T5 that understands the message and the path the first two movies took. @XcrazyX10 X I think it comes down to two things. First place, Cameron knows how to craft a story in such a way that effects shots, while amwazing blend in well with the overall story. Cameron never let his effects shows overshadow the acting. Secondly, Termiantor 3 tried to hard to be pop cultury and comedic where as in terminator and terminator 2, the comedy was in those trying to somehow reason and control the terminator. in T3, the comedy was more tounge and I'll timed.
