@Friends8823 in one area, you will see Ace (i dare not say the name 4kids gave him) in a sunken ship area which i think is the arabasta area in the bottom right. Once you fight him he should drop an eternal pose and this will activate him joining you in another area. I'm pretty sure you must fight him and get it before you complete the map before moving on.

@KyuubiMinato its probably a mistranslation (as expected from 4kids right lol). Japanese people usually have an L sound for R's. The game is quite fun despite the 4kids voices being used :)
