  • is that rob zombie in the background, i cant tell

  • his arms look so short...

  • Ppl don't realize how hard this is, good job man.

  • I wish my gym would play music like that.

  • very impressive. but i've heard that you dont lock out at the top. haha.

  • YOU'RE A BEAST ! (:

  • Dang.. I can only do 40s for the arnold press.. Way harder than regular shoulder press

  • MY hero!

  • Nice 1 mate

  • good . i do 75 too. 8 reps

  • your gym plays awesome music! great lift too! :) (no homo bro)

  • nice weight but you are resting your elbows on your body thats not how its done. Lower the weight and keep arms at 90 degree angle while rotating and then back up. It will be MUCH HARDER!

  • Damn man.. your gym actually plays great music for working out lol

  • Check out my new vid 'Rare pics of RONNIE COLEMAN (Including Highschool, 1989, OffSeason)'.

  • with that exercisa its how appears the a tendinite in the shoulders i dont advice that kind of exercise

  • Good form, i tried these a week ago for the first time using 25lbs and its harder than it looks haahha. The twist definitely hits hard.

  • Nice one , man!

To be honest, I've never even tried this. This gave me an inspiration...

    Keep lifting and good luck!

  • @Herc0gs Thanks

  • good job but proper form of "arnold press" u dont lock all the way up but all the props to u. ur a beast.

  • Hey man just a question, the heavier the weight you do with this do the bigger, stronger, you'r shoulders get ?

    Thanks.

  • When did he brag, dumb asses?

  • fucking haters! if you can't show any better vids just suck your mom's hairy tits...Keep working out HossZ71..

  • Thumbs up if u think music is awesome !

    Nice work also dude

  • Nice dude, controlled movements and a nice weight (y)

  • I can do that

  • U shouldn't hold your breath ... rises heart pressure

  • It takes a bit from any man's ego, but if you can humble yourself a little. Try lowering the weight to 90 degrees, then rotate your elbows forward keeping them at 90, then rotate them back to the 90 degree shoulder press position. KILLLLLSSSS!!!! it keeps you from resting the weight on your chest and minimizes any momentum. Good lifting though!

  • @Joobs0917 Good point and I agree, I alternate doing it they way you mentioned when I'm on a lighter routine doing reps of 8-12. I was doing the Max-OT Routine when I took this video and that routine is all about moving the most weight and doing it the other way is great for definition but I prefer this way when I'm on a heavier routine.

  • @Joobs0917 I don't get what you mean with the "then rotate your elbows forward keeping them at 90" part.

  • @DietSoap3 When you bring the weight forward, keep your elbows at 90 degrees. Instead of dropping them to your stomcach

  • pretty good form but instead of brining it to an arnold on the negative, try breaking 90 degrees then doing the arnold movement. much harder.

  • Strip those dumbells

  • @saldin12345 That's awesome bro, got any videos of it?

  • @HossZ71 LOL, we wanna see em videos :D

  • @HossZ71 haha

  • @saldin12345 , yeah bro , awesome... now for that video that you dont have on your channel ?

  • @saldin12345 If ou don't have videos don't fucking brag about it. For all we know your a lieing sack of shit.

  • @saldin12345 I'm 5 and I shoulder press your mom for reps.

    see how gay it sounds?

  • @saldin12345 Swimmers at 140 pounds who can lift 75s my ass! Get real bro, maybe 75 pounds combined.

  • @saldin12345 I'm sure your faggot piano playing ass can lift 100's, that sounds perfectly believable

  • @saldin12345 uh oh, when you said 19 ...did you mean iq?

  • @saldin12345 Wow who fucking cares!

  • @saldin12345 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Liar

  • Nice last 2 reps. You gotta love that effort...I can feel the contraction just watching.

  • Yeah its so easy to cheat when your standing up i like sitting down with my lower back fully pressed aginest the back so it dosent ark, i only do 45 though. I still see tons and tons of kids doing it wrong at my gym.

  • 75 nice man,, arnold press is by far on of my fav workouts.. im only at like 45LBs right now and normal shoulder pressing 60Lbs. and fuck man your gym plays rob zombie, i have to bring my mp3 player to the gym bec the only music they play is gay ass love songs about missing guys missing there girlfriends and shit lol

  • - cool music playin ..!!! psy06 u can not lift heavy weights with some gay ass music playin at the gym moron !!

    - jesus bless rock & roll!!

  • what muscles does this exercise work?

  • shoulders.

  • ass muscle

  • @cwy1989 u r a well developed one congs

  • not baaad, cheated on the last two reps :D

  • @rueff2

    no bragging here.

  • Let's see the vid.

  • ~Rueff2, How about you talk less about whom you know and more about your personal accomplishments, m'kay?

Nonetheless, HossZ71, solid form, great job. Keep up the excellent work.

  • @rueff2 YOU LOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE

  • its easy to say that on youtube, this guy actually shows it. put up or shutup rueff2. a 140 lb swimmer cannot do the same thing this guy did. and this guy isnt bragging either so thats just another reason why you are an idiot.

  • @rueff2 Bullshit, no one at 140 lbs can do 75lb Arnold presses. Even with extremely low BF that's a ridiculously low weight to be that strong, unless you're a midget

  • @rueff2 , seriously I dont believe that. I'd like to see these 140lb swimmers on video doing 75's for 3 sets of 8....

  • @rueff2 ye im sure these "swimmers" look very intimidating looking

  • Solid work Hoss. From this angle though, it looks like you are dropping the weight too low. I was always taught to bring the weight together in front of your eyes while doing these. Looks like you are dropping it below your chin, which is a HECK of a lot easier. Try to keep you elbows/arms at 90 degrees and bring the weight together up higher. That is the real challenge.

  • Solid dude. Keep up the good work

  • your supposed to be standing makes it alot harder

  • @IamNotFrench

I prefer seated, standing makes it much easier to cheat and for me anyway standing is easier but that's just me.

  • @IamNotFrench

you are NOT "supposed" to be standing dipshit. Don't comment where you have no knowledge.

  • best song off of astro creep too...much better than the faggy dogshit they play at my gym (over and over, i might add).

  • haha they play shit music at my gym too, fucken pisses me off.

  • great form!!

  • lol, have you ever done Arnold Presses?

  • @nypaul728

    your retarded

  • for arnold press this is preatty impressive!!!!

  • @nypaul728

i can't stand idiots like you who have no idea what they're talking about and post comments using caveman English for some unknown reason. just don't post

  • i like rob zombie in the background haha and nice lift

  • Nice Great control not to sound like a troll but my friend Jackson he's been working out for I don't even know how many years now but he can do sets of 90's and 100's for 10 and 8 reps respectively I don't understand how he does it and he has great control its amazing.

  • welldone man, good control

  • Perfect posture !!!! (y)

  • i find it to be one of the best for anterior delts... the only thing you need to be careful of is when you start getting up into the heavier bells be really careful not to twist your wrist too fast on the way up or you won't be albe to stop it from spinning and it'll wreck your shoulders if you do it too often or once realy hard.. just cuz i see peole doing it a lot when they first try them.

  • after years of training i´ll make my descision, the arnold press is the best shoulder work out, at any shoulder workout i do i cant feel my shoulders so heavy AFTER the workout :-) they grow very good and you can see the stripes when you pose :-) i love this variation, so I know what im doing today in the gym :-D

  • nice.

  • respect his gangsta. that was by no means an easy task.

  • we got a winner, good form dude

  • Thanks guys

  • Better then alot of these guys, nice lift, FEEL that burn hehe...

  • nice dude!

    i'm officially impressed haha

  • PERFECT posture

  • good posture

  • good form

  • Great press! Very good for stabilizer and joints! The twisting motion hit the shoulder muscle groupe everywhere.

  • Just remember that 45lbs = roughly 20kg so when someone says 60kg just do 45x3 instead of trying to convert it. Easiest way I do it.

  • how much kilograms is 75 lbs? I can manage 3 sets of 8 with 30 kg, but i'm not nearly as muscular as you. Good job!

  • dude google kilo to lbs calculator.

  • i'm a lazy fuck, but okay: 66lbs, well I think that's pretty decent, compared to this dude.

  • 1kg=2.2lbs

    so 75lbs is about 34kg

  • 75 pound is about 34 killos

  • i use to do this, but now im slimming down from 215 to 175 then building. great job arnold presses with heavy wieght is not easy. great motion in the shoulders though.

  • Thanks

  • Good Weight, Good Technique, Good Music, Good Job!

  • Thanks

  • Because of my left shoulder I struggle with these overhead exercises, but this is a amazing exercise and you performed it great :D

  • Thanks.

  • you're the boss man.. wish i was that strong

  • Thanks for the comment

  • Is this the right form for muscle growth?

  • damm man, good effort. the arnie press is 1 hard as exercise, am 15 years old and do it with the 44lbs. can just manage 6 reps of them though

  • Thanks

  • how much do you weigh? and height? Just curious...

  • 180Lbs. 5'8"

  • good stuff.. i do em without the back support, so i force my back and traps to do the work. i dont care so much about my shoulders plus its much harder

  • thanks for the vid. been lookin to add this in my routine

  • Shoulders

  • awesome form all the way through..

  • Man! I wish my gym played white zombie!! where and what gym is this??

  • It's a local gym, we just plug our mp3 players in and listen to whatever we want, a lot better then the radio all the time.

  • Heyy bro what kind of shoes do u wear ?\

  • Nike Air Max 360's.

  • great job, nice form, Arnold will be happy

  • Thanks

  • Nice... thought I was the only person listening to White Zombie in the gym

  • Great work! I agree with the stand up thing. You can get a full lock out at the top with shoulders shrugged up with weight in line with scapula hips and feet, head will be a little forward. Makes it fire up all that much more muscle tissue. Great stuff nonetheless!

  • Better if you do them standing up i feel it more, And i finally see somebody do them right,

  • Really nice form!

  • when i do arnold presses i dont start to turn my wrists until the top of the dumbell is at my eye level...is this wrong?

  • It's all personal preference, I prefer to use a gradual twist from bottom to to top. A lot of folks don't have there palms facing the body in the starting position as well, it makes it a lot easier to use heavier weight.

  • how much is 75lbs in kilos?

  • about 34 kilos

  • Thanks for the comments guys

  • fuck yea man I just started doin this exercise after skipping it for a year or so. only murkin it with 45lbs...thanks for puttin this up. Ima go check your other shit bro

  • Nice form and impressive weight!

  • great weight... not perfect form.. but good enough.. the weight is impressive.. but all u rookies out there don't try and lift heavy with the idea of doing as much as this guy.. nail the FORM then worry about the weight..

  • The form was great for the weight. Its hard to get dumbells that big across the front of the chest. I don't see how he could have done those any better. Awesome lifts.

  • hard exercise! good vid!

  • wow perfect form and amazing weight!!! i'll get there!!!

  • holy crap ur a beast man

  • great form pal

  • Nice form! Thumbs up

  • Damn I wish my gym would play metal/rock. Just get all this crap dance music at all my local gym's.

Anyhoo technique is spot on, kudos.

  • also agree :)

  • i agree

  • finally someone with correct form, none of that cheating bullsh

  • terrible form and a really light weight for an easy exercise like that.

    I KID, I KID.

A good solid Arnold press, that's for sure. Better than I can do (yet. . . :P).

  • I agree

  • 1st video i have seen with a decent technique, good range of motion, keep it up.

  • you're right!

  • White Zombie kicks ass.
