  • This will be my next pedal purchase.

  • To me the DD-3 has a strong point that other purely digital delays miss; you can do a real split with the original signal intact. For instance You can do spillover by reintroducing the delay via a LS-2 pedal and not get strange phase related problems.

I have done something with a TC nova repeater but have to use the kill-dry function to avoid phase issues.

I have used a DD-3 for real short 1 repeat delays for 2 amp spread and it is a great sound.

    12,5 ms :-)

  • awful shoes however I like your playing

  • I really feel like the dd-3 with the long chip was the most 'analog sounding' of the digital delays. Thats why it will always have a place on my pedalboard. The only boss delay that can trump the dd-3 is the dm-2 of course.

  • This video kinda.. just sucked...

  • do u think its worth getting the dd7?

  • @skylorz I rate the dd 3 is perfect for the price, you gona have to pay a bit more for the dd 7. I got the dd 3

  • @skylorz absolutely! much more possibilities, same cool looks.

  • what amp did you used??

  • You can also get that great 50's slap echo sound on the Boss DD-3 Digital delay

  • how much is this peda;?

  • if i;m gonna buy a delay pedal no doubt i but vox time machine

  • Yup, we need to see what it does when you change the settings. Please make another video.

  • Can the dd-3 loop?

  • Sounds like where the streets have no name by U2

  • whats the friggin' point of a demo if you don't demontrate a damn thing???

twist some knobs man, tell us what it does!!!

  • @Grindpad666 quit bein a tard and get the gist of it

  • what about a tuner demo next time? would be nice to hear both in a line.

  • How long can the hold function store riffs?

And does it keep recordings for later use after it's turned off or until something else is recorded?

  • save your money and get the boss DD-20. it'll do ten times more for two times the cost.

  • reminds me of tom morello

  • this delay pedal is most versatile pedal. own it, u wont regret...

  • im looking for a delay pedal, and i nid some ideas bout boss delays and mxr analog delay or ehx delay pedals.. coz i dont knw whch one to choose.. just nid some opinion..thnx..

  • reminds me of U2

  • @SuperQuin2010 the edge uses it

  • @SuperQuin2010 He plays "Pride"

  • @SuperQuin2010 The first part of it reminds me of "In the Name of Love"

  • thank you very much, the dd7 it have it

  • does it have tap tempo?

  • @jriverband no it does not have tap tempo

  • @jriverband hello, there is no tap tempo on the DD-3 however boss released the DD-7 which has an additional input for a tap tempo pedal.

    Cheers

    Charles

  • @pedaltoneshop cuestion... if the tap tempo is an add on to the dd-3 then why is the dd-7 cheaper? (its not much but cheaper anyway) is the dd-3 better? i will buy one of those so i would like to know :)

  • @pedaltoneshop WHat were the chords you were playing?

  • sounds good to me.
