Look, open your world map, and there are some white paths somewhere, where usually shouldn't be. Go check every path. The Jack is in one of them. As an exampel, one snow path is a south of Lumb swamp. U will see at world map, that it's white. and there are about...14 in RuneScape. Gl by finding him m8
