I'll give you a few tips, you can tell you're singing from your throat rather than your diaphragm. When you breathe it, make sure you stomach pushes out. I can see your shoulders rising when you breathe in, which is wrong and you'll end up hurting yourself.

You also sing through your nose times, which creates an awful nasal sound.

@Nudophobic thanks for the tips! I really do appreciate constructive criticism. I've been working on not singing from my throat/nose. it's something I really, really, really pay attention to when I sing now. that said, it's hard to focus on that 100% of the time. this video is a bit old, a lot of my newer ones are - at least in my opinion - a little bit better. but it's something I still need to work on!
