Hey creamsugar82, I'm practicing to improve my vertical leap by doing the training system over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" - and so far gained past 8-9 inches so far but I'm still a bit away from dunking on the rim It's only my second week so far, any advices?
hey u cant compare kobe with jordan. now that jordan is so awesome or whatsoever..back then the opponent team defence is much lousier compare to right now, so u can never compare both of them o.o unless jordan prime is similar to kobe's which is now
@dhn09 Compare the current Laker's team and the past Laker's team defence, which is stronger? The current zone defence they have is better than what it is like 10-20 years ago. I am not sure about the other teams, but if it is for Laker's, i am sure i know what i am talking about.
@LongJointNeth if you are talking specifically about the lakers then yea i agree with your previous statement, but the way you wrote it made it sounds like you were referring to all teams, and if thats what you meant then you are totally wrong
