I've got a copy the World Now 45 rpm,, and the same track also appears on a couple compilations. However, I've never until now heard it with this great ending (on this clip from about 9:10 onward). Was the FULL song, as Nina performs here, released somewhere?

I am not sure but I think I have the long version on a 12" single.

I didn't know there was at 12" version - I'll have to look for that on eBay or some place.  It's clear she's lip-synching World Now (but not Carmen) - so it's from some master recording, and not a one-off version.

You're welcome. I had this on videotape ever since 1985 and converted it to digital a couple of years ago. I don't know why I didn't put it on the YouTube earlier. Better late than never :-)
