to any other poor sould unfortunate enough to have gotten this tablet, you can learn how to root the tablet, and install clockworkmod recovery for it if you google 'lanis hackingtheyarviktab250'

it's the only place ive actually found an answer! :P but it worked!

i bought a miiscroll,this seems to be another clone,im on android 2.1,yes ive managed to get flash on,mine cost59.99,you can get android market on using advanced l.lite,etc,google maps,etc have put free anti virus,gunsnglory,ncis,cut the rope etc

don't fall for this tablet like i did!

the operating system is very buggy, the screen auto rotate feature randomly stopped working after 2 days!

the whole experience is very laggy.

it runs angry birds, but ONLY JUST! its about 15 fps if i were to give it an average, and the majority of games are too laggy.

the tablet often freezes and has to be hard reset, it also takes 5 mins to turn on.

the getjar store is just junk, it always runs in the background, and takes up all of the resources

This is a crap tablet I got one and the software on it is useless skype crashes when u try to install it infact most stuff crashes when you try to install it. Only way to make it usable was to wipe it and install a custom OS

@happyplops hey can you tell me what custom OS you used for this tablet, and how you installed it?

there is like ZERO info for it on goolge!

ROM manager cant back up my current rom because it simply doesnt have the yarvik tab250 listed (or any yarvik model)

and i am also unsure if i am allowed to install just ANY custom android rom, or if i have to use a 2.3 build, or if it has to actually be the actual yarvik rom remodelled

I bought yarvik tab250 a week ago and I must say I am terribly disappointed, even for the price. There is a very good reason google refused them access to Android market. Cannot believe an European company has produced such a horrible product. With an old 1 Ghz processor with just 256 MB ram, you cannot even read books forget about anything else. The battery life is bad, all in all, was better off donating that money to charity for xmas.

ding werkt super, nu vroeg ik me alleen af... met een micro sd kaart.. of er ook een sdhc kaart in kan (omdat deze tab uit 2011 is...) of dat er alleen een standaard micro sd in kan!? iemand ervaring??

ik hb de yarvik terug gebracht en een van Bart Smit (tomtec excellent 8 inch) gekocht. Heeft wel overeenkomst met Android en is veeeeeel makkelijker!!!!!!! Zelfde prijs.

@Robin10Hunen Dit lukt ook niet. Ik heb het zelfs geprobeerd via het downloaden van van de APK. Mocht het mensen wel gelukt zijn dan ben ik een en al oor. Winmo,nl geeft in iedergeval geen gehoor via het forum. Daar zit je dan met je nutteloze tablet want met alleen de browser ga je echt niet gelukkig worden deze is tergend langzaam.

Ik heb een vraag die ik ook al heb gesteld op winmo.nl Maar omdat ik de slechte eigenschap heb van ongeduldigheid stel ik hem ook maar hier. Des te sneller je een antwoord hebt

Kan je de tablet ook verticaal houden. Dus niet alleen in de landscape modus??

Verder is het een hele coole tablet. Really Cool!!
