Jammer dat het zo'n slechte kwaliteit video. Dat doet de geweldige avond in Carre geen goed.

Superconcert afgelopen zondag, maar wist het gros van de mensen niet wat het thema was van deze avond, jammer.

Het was mij ook liever geweest als er een paar hd camera's van de NPS hadden gestaan om dit unieke concert te registreren maar ik verwacht van Hilversum niets meer dan een paar seconden beeld als Mikis komt te overlijden (als dat al nieuws voor ze zal zijn). Dat neemt niet weg dat ik blij ben met de vele video's die op You Tube geplaatst zijn, slechte kwaliteit of niet. Het beleven van het concert was een unieke ervaring, het herbeleven wat mij betreft iets dat elke keer weer genoegen schenkt.

Hè, daar ben ik nu niet bij geweest!!! Echt jammer, want ik weet van eerdere concerten, dat het echt leuk is om Maria Farandouri live te zien! Ik heb ooit eind jaren '80 een concert in de Leidsche Schouwburg meegemaakt, echt geweldig!

Saw you in Carré, saw you also in the audience, and did not see you filming! But you did it!

I made just a few pictures, not wanting to put too much energy in it, wanting to be a real concentrated part of the superb atmosphere there was, from the beginning to the end, and even more growing into a real Greek happening during the evening, with even a dancing woman at the end....

I thanked God for my eyes and ears, to be able to see and hear my favourites on the stage, to film all there was with my eyes, and with my ears, all there forever on an eternal memory card in my heart.
