Rode this ride a few days ago. It's a little bumpy, but if you sit towards the front it's not too bad. Just hang on during the turns, and loops and it's still a great ride.

If you're hoping to ride it, get there soon. I have a feeling in a few years it will be removed to make room for something newer and bigger.

Got to ride this earlier this month and had no clue what a privilege it was to see this piece of coaster history untill i got home, I need to get back there soon just so I can get that last ride in, just in case and this time when the train stalls on the hill I wont be mad bc I hate heights(it started up again tho), I'll be happy bc I got to be one of the last few who experienced that and also would be surprising bc that would be 2 stalls out of 2 total rides on that coaster.

Shock Wave was taken down because of maintenance issuse. Great American Scream Machine was torn down because of age. Now, it's only a matter of time before Viper to goes...

Well Chang was originally going to be put at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL. Six Flags even got the approval from Gurnee to put it in. But alas, Six Flags cancelled the project and decided to put Chang at Great Adventure.

Yea, Arrow Dynamic's three major looping coasters. 1) Shockwave of Six Flags, Il (operated last in 2002). 2) Great American Scream Machine of Six Flags, Nj (will be completely gone by the end of August). And this one, 3) Viper.

Hate to break it to ya's, I think Viper will face the same fate as the last two did within the next 5 years. The Arrow classics are slowly disappearing, just like the Schwarzkopf coasters.

So before this goes next, I better ride it next year.
