any chance you can do a video showing how to do a neat little fast hypnosis induction for a beginner in the field? i'd love it if you could do that.

It mostly takes a good deal of practice, timing and you need to choose the right method. The latter also depends on your own skill. If a subject is not convinced you cán hypnotize it's actually slightly harder. I'd say buy some books on the subject!
