Great Job Brent and I agree with the other guy more food videos. Its just fun to watch peeps opinion when preparing and eating healthy then showing its enjoyable. Sorta positive reinforcement.
@lennon4ever106 i have dropped 16 pant sizes in total and in the first year i lost 8 pant sizes and 50 pounds with out working out. I was just eating cleaner. Unfortunately most of that skin was not able to tighten up. I am still working on it, and i might get surgery if i need too once my body is where i want it to be
Damn dude! I can see a huge difference in your body since you started your cut!!! Your slimming down real nice...your muscles are becoming more and more visible. Your ab area is looking great also keep up the good work man. Hey can you do more vids showing us again what you eat for meals and stuff? The one you posted the other day about your dinner salad was great and very helpful. Thanks brent!
@Kades6KF thank you :) I am going to continue to set goals every 4 weeks and cut until i get my sixpack. Sure I can do that but honestly I eat that pretty much every night for dinner i just mix up the veggies lol a helpful website for you in terms of eating healthy would be choosemyplate.gov I also blog only about bodybuilding on my tumblr for feel free to follow me I will post the link in the description box on this video
@Tae20Ballin thanks man yea i love push ups lol i actually did like 3 sets of those prior to deciding to make this so i was pretty beat. I can do about 8 in a row now with my right arm which is cool because last time i tried i only did 3 or 4. i am going to work on my form as well and work on it with my left arm
