I listened to the video and find NOTHING annoying about her voice, what she's saying, or her personality. I think she is a bubbly, vivacious, and enthusiastic entrepreuner who genuinely loves what she's doing and isn't afraid to put some Zest into what she says about her business. It's refreshing to see and hear a business person who really and truly enjoys what she's doing! I say Thank Goodness for Marlo and people just like her! Keep up the good work!

However, if you also find their voices annoying, this might be less of a voice-appropriate-to-age issue for you. If she happens not to like her voice, she could alter her pitch a bit via therapy. Note that as she ages, her pitch should naturally lower more quickly than she ages. But she might love her voice as is!
@tochterdesReichs it has nothing to do with it sounding young, which didn't even occur to me. Her voice is grating, extremely annoying because it is so harshly nasal. It makes my teeth grind, my skin crawl. I cannot STAND it.
