Sears will be out of business within the next decade unless they clean up their act, which I doubt they will do before it's too late. The only people they treat with respect is corporate. They treat employees AND customers like crap.
Last week i bought two beds from sears the day before i purchased the beds i bought a refrigarator and oven, the beds were set to be delivered today and the kitchen appliances on saturday, my thirteen year old daughter woke up at 7 waiting for her new bed to be delivered at 8, at 8:30 we got a call from sears saying the foundation of my daughters bed had dirt and rocks inbeded into it and had a hole in it, they said it could be deliveered a in a week, my poor daughter has to sleep on the couch

I work part time (good way to make money while im in college) at a Sears in Miami. I wish my department was like this. I work in the lawn and garden dept. and our boss is a fuckin drill seargent. If we eat shit he goes ape shit.

When American corporations hand over control of their retail outlets to moronic teenagers and Degenerate old men who can't find real jobs, the outcome can only be good.
At least the "old men" are professional. Unfortunately Sears only pays a little above min. wage and only gets the 16 yr olds that no other company will hire.
Make sure the carbon paper slips are filled out for the night, or lp will have your head and you will be out of a job.
