And I'm not sure why I don't use Dreamweaver, I guess I just don't like how it works.
I don't like working with a GUI i guess (except in flash ;)), but I did use Dreamweaver a little in school ( didn't find it too helpful - although we weren't taught ANY php in it, which kinda sucked!)
