Simply translated, in today’s world of terrorism, any Tom, Dick and Harry posing as an investor can virtually enter the offices of any officials even the Presient’s office, with a hidden bomb and blow up the whole building including the Pa himself!

Are you sure anyone showed BRIBERY on that documentary. We see money changing hands but where is the sound (audio) and images (video) to back up the claim that the money was for a bribe? The man who collected the money has issued a Press Statement saying the money was for registration of a company.

Nevertheless, the above video indicate that corruption is still occurring in the country immensely. It's about time all Sierra Leoneans stand and fight against corruption in the country as a whole. The act of exchanging money behind closed door and bribery without the benefit of the nation must end, it's been going on for too long and people are suffering in the country. Most of this so called politicians selfish and greedy. I pray that God continue to help and guide our beloved nation.

This is utterly ridiculous and disgraceful, why would Al Jazeera showed such a documentary video without thorough investigation. The journalist and the producer who attempted to provide this invalid evidence must be held accountable for.

The pillaging of Sierra Leone Natural Resources, i.e. Timber, Diamonds, Gold etc. has been going on for a long time. The saying goes in Sierra Leone: "You sell your birthright for coco and ebah." I am not going to go into the "beef" between Olayinka of awareness times and Sorious Samura. They both journalist let them duke it out. Al Jazeera is reputable news network, there must be some grain of truth in this matter.

I personally as a patriotic Sierra Leonean dont want to make any comment for now because the Government has set up an investigation committee to look into the matter. I dont want to prejudice the matter. But I pray that the truth would come out to clear the bad image from our BELOVED COUNTRY SIERRA LEONE.

The fact is that Timber logging is taking place in Sierra Leone; the fact is that massive deforestation has taking place (there is a clear difference between bushes, shrubs and forests); and that Alex Mansaray and Momoh Konte attempted to take bribes with or without the knowledge of the VP (which Samura made clear); What should be "dissected" is whether illegal logging is going on in Sierra Leone and if government officials and their cronies are involved

May GOD continue to bless our great nation, Sierra Leone. This illegal timber logging in SL with the involvement of top government offiecials is an issue i ask all Sierra Leoneans to follow till we get the truth. Am sensing it may be politically motivated, but untill then we should all try to get the truth ourself our own way, by peaceful means. One good thing about it all the truth will finally comes out and more, and the issue about illegal logging and corruption is still of great concern..
